Sports Performance Evaluation
Duration: 60minBefore we start training an athlete, we strongly suggest completing an initial Sports Performance Evaluation. The results of this assessment are used to establish a clear baseline for program design, which incorporates the individual needs of each athlete. Baseline testing followed by regular observation of training responses during each training cycle is an important tool for effective coaching. Measuring and recording the athlete’s individual statistics will help the coach to see progression & regression relative to the current training program. Retesting is performed, free of cost at the end of every 12-week training cycle.
