We will work one-on-one with clients in a gym, exercise facility, or in the client’s home to design a specific plan for each client and help them establish targets that achieve their individual strength, endurance, and weight loss goals. MVP Fitness personal trainers are experienced in the health and fitness industry. Whether or not you have been physically active, and whether or not you've ever worked with a personal fitness trainer, we will make sure that you are comfortable throughout your entire session. We believe in building deep, meaningful relationships, because our clients are like family and we are here to help you, cheer you on, empathize with you, empower you and give you hope! Our Trainers educate and motivate individuals or groups in exercise. We demonstrate techniques and methods in cardiovascular exercise, weight and strength training, and stretching. Here at MVP Fitness we complete an in depth initial observation of each client, guiding them along the way to improve their skills by providing consistent feedback after each training session. Our Trainers teach clients how to properly and safely use all the equipment at their disposal. Equipment could include: free weights, bands, dumbbells, universal gyms, treadmills, stationary bicycles, and elliptical machines.
