When do the classes meet?

Our bootcamp classes are 3 days a week, M-W-F (AM) or M-Th-F (PM) for 1 hour.  Nutritional Seminars are included in the boot camp and are offered every Saturday at 9am (No Living Social).

Where do these classes meet?

Depending on season and  weather, boot camps will be held:
- Indoors at 7111 Dorsey Run Rd, Ste 104, Elkridge, MD 21075
- Outdoors at Howard Community Track or Long Reach High school

Am I required to attend the Nutrition Seminars?

While nutrition plays an important role in any fitness plan, participation is strongly encouraged but not mandatory. If you are interested in nutrition but can not make the designated times, we can provide to you an online interactive option to keep you on track with your nutrition.

How much does the boot camp cost?

Our bootcamp programs are continuous.  For costs, see the “Pricing” page.  Discounts through friend referrals will be offered. Sign up to our newsletter for more information.

Do you offer Drop ins?

We believe the success of our programs comes with consistent attendance.  On average, it will take a 3-month commitment to obtain sustainable results. We do offer drop-ins if you are looking to experience a class with us before making your decision to join.

What do I receive with my registration?

Each bootcamper will receive a bootcamp T-Shirt, information packet outlining our program and nutrition assessment profile. Weekly newsletters, Free Nutrition seminars every week and online coaching to all boot camp participants (No Living Social).

Can I try the class out first?

You can sample an MVP bootcamp class by registering online and filling out the online registration packet – print it and bring with you. An instructor will call you before the class to determine readiness and to ensure that your will gain a positive experience.  Cost is $10.

What types of payment are accepted?

To safely and securely process your online payments, we use the online vendor PayPal. A PayPal account is NOT required to process credit or debit card payments.  You can also arrange to pay by check and cash.

  • PayPal (PayPal Account required)

Payment is due on the 24th of every month, for the upcoming month.  EFT is encouraged.

What is your refund policy?

Our bootcamp classes are not refundable once the session has started.  You may contact us 3 business days or more before the class begins to cancel. Once a session starts, you will receive a credit or you can transfer your credits to someone else and must be used within 90 days.

Refunds processed 60 days or more after the initial purchase are subject to PayPal’s 2.5% processing fee.

Do you price match?

We will match any competitor’s price.  Bring in any advertisement for bootcamp in the Howard County area and we will match their regular price.

I’ve never done a boot camp before. Am I qualified?

The great thing about bootcamp is that anyone can do it. Exercises are geared towards your level of fitness and can be progressed or modified to suit your individual needs.

Can I make-up classes if I miss a few?

Signing up for a MVP Bootcamp session means a commitment to you. Being at class every day will help you successfully achieve your goals. If you miss a class, make-up classes are not available. In cases of long term sickness or emergencies, we are happy to work with you to make other arrangements.

Can I drop out at anytime?

30-day written notice (via email) is required to cancel service.

What do I need to bring to class?

Bring a bottle of water, a mat, 5lb dumbbells for women, a 10lb dumbbells for men. Also bring a positive attitude and a towel for after class…you might get a little dirty!
