MVP Boot Camp

MVP boot camp is a continuous fitness program designed to lose weight, tone body, strengthen and increase fitness levels. They will challenge, engage and give you all the necessary guidance to help you reach your goals in a fun and social atmosphere. Our classes are 3 days a week, Mon-Wed-Fri (AM) or Mon-Thu-Fri (PM), and additional class offerings will be added soon.  Our boot camps also include free weekly nutrition seminars for those who need additional help every Saturday (no Living Social deals).  All fitness levels and experience are welcome.  Our boot camp classes are taught by 3-time Olympic athlete and world champion, Sanjay Ayre and 2-time Maryland State Fitness and Figure champion Marcia Ra-Akbar.
